SUGGESTIONS
The belt is of BRITISH production (you can tell from the stitching template). The belt`s colours match the ARTILLERY, but its not because the blue is not royal. I would tip on a Royal colonial Regiment, possibly a commonwealth nation, probably African, with Elizabeth as Colonel in Chief.
Possibly an early version of 4th Regiment Royal Horse Artillery, same colours different dimensions.
The colours of this belt are similar to the Swedish National Colours awarded for the Battle of Leipzig. Therefore it could well be a Regiment or Battery belt of the Royal Horse Artillery.
