Colours are green and red
Very similar to Durham Light Infantry but with an extra stripe

Could it possibly be a DCLI belt?
Reference the Mystery Belt of July 2011, although it may also have been for the DCLI, it is definitely of the same pattern as the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada dating to the 1950's-1960's. The Regimental Standing Order from that period is shown below
