CAN YOU HELP TO IDENTIFY THIS MYSTERY STABLE BELT?

Colours are green and brown
A standard 'Womens Royal Army Corps' coloured stable belt but with an unusal buckle. The centre part of the buckle shows the badge of the WRAC with the outer part displaying the title of the 'Queen Alexandras Royal Army Nursing Corps'. Who would wear such a buckle?
SUGGESTIONS
Whilst I can not be certain I think there is a good chance that this buckle may well have been approved for use by non medically trained (not nursing) WRAC trades serving with QA units. Examples which spring to mind might include WRAC drivers, dispensary stores clerks and WRAC GD Discip NCOs.... etc.
